NFL PRESEASON - WEEK 2

Some Trends to consider:

New England is 9-1 during week 2 of the preseason while the Rams are a low 1-5 during week 2.

Green Bay has gone over 13 of the last 16 games played in Week 2.

Denver, Tampa Bay, Baltimore, Carolina, and Kansas City have gone under 34 of the last 39 games played in week 2.

Denver is the first 0-2 team this year, last year 0-2 team went 3-2 ATS. The trend is pretty much the same over the past 7 years. Teams that have started out 0-2 are 30-21 for a winning percent of 59% during the preseason.

From The Nose Bleed Section:

Great way to start our season, 1-3 in week 1. Got no love in the Denver and the Over in the Saints game.

Saints need to finish their drives; this could be a repeat of last year when they struggled in the red zone. A touchdown instead of one of the short field goals in the 4th quarter would have pushed us over the total line.

It’s a long season and the only picks we offer in the preseason are our free choices. We could make excuses for the lousy 1-3 start but no need to do so. We still liked all four picks but not enough to sell them as our guaranteed picks.

Did the Jags decide to start the preseason next week? They did not even show up for this one.
